NutriBullet Australia is dedicated to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days for a refund or replacement. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Success team via the online portal or email to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide your proof of purchase.

• 2.
  Pack Your Product

  Securely pack your NutriBullet unit and all attachments into its original box to ensure the item is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
